I did the 14 day Detox because I was having problems with constipation and was pleasantly surprised at how gentle the herbs worked. I did not have any problems at all. Before I started I had already lost 59 pounds. I lost 8 more pounds on the detox. I can now sleep without taking sleep medicine which is powerful in itself. I feel absolutely great. I ordered the 14-day detox, and it really works. I've tried almost everything to lose weight during menopause, but nothing worked. I went to the gym 4 days a week and still didn't lose weight. On this detox I've lost 7 pounds in two weeks and two inches in my waist. I saw a difference in five days and was not as bloated as before detox. This is the first detox I've done and I'm very impressed. It was kind of expensive to me but it's worth it.
