The first day was really rough and the couple days to follow was slightly rough as for the taste. I didn’t use the orange slices as suggested in his YouTube video to help with taste. After about day six, the teas weren’t as bitter tasting and I was able to drink them a lot faster. I am now on day nine and my stomach has gone down a lot, my skin is glowing.
