My order was processed very quickly, within the span of 1 week after my request was input. It was a very specific and detailed request with multiple different aspects to it, and they were all integrated perfectly. The artists who do the work not only accurately drew the request, but also did research into the inspiration behind the picture requests to understand the full intent of each request. I provided a character reference photo, two background references, and two or three photos of the person drawn along with a description of what they looked like in words. I asked for the character to be designed after Pain but without the piercings. They did such an amazing job with the outfit, background, and the character! I love it!

Honestly the likeness is uncanny! Hopes were high because of the reviews but there’s always that bit of doubt with things like this but honestly the best buying experience! I know I'd like this when I bought it, but this is beyond my expectations. The colors are amazing and the likeness is uncanny. Very happy with the experience, timeliness, and results.
