Overall, a great product—really easy to use and very practical. The only thing is, the neck strap can be a bit uncomfortable. Maybe adding some padded support, like I have used on similar products, would make it even better.

Great belt but wish it had a wider range to tighten. Its a bit big on me. I weigh 179lbs and still need a Small size instead of medium even after measuring with tape.
Wanted to replace for small but couldn’t find the return slip so i just gave the belt to one of my clients who said “feels very comfortable”.

Fantastic product. Only knock on the arm trainer is that it comes with a "vertical strap to help the arm trainer not slide on the bench" but doesn't advise how to use it (none of NoCo videos advise it either). Other than it sliding on the bench even when I cinch it all the way, this product gets the job done.

It is a very sturdy bicep trainer. I've never used one before so I cannot compare it to others. But it seems to be a very good quality one with atlot of adjustments to it. The only complaint is I have a small frame so it's a little wide even on its narrow settings. Other than that I would definitely recommend it and I've already have to friends.

Very interesting product. The design is solid and like how versatile it is. This is my first time ever using an arm blaster type product. I am still trying figure out the best uses for me.
Having the dual straps to either wrap it around your waste or hang around neck is good. I use it for biceps and triceps exercises.
I am still trying to figure out attaching it to my bench. Not perfect and moves around a bit. Also it would be nice if I can move the pads closer to my body.

Ordered and rocked a small until I couldn’t get the belt any tighter. Ordered this XS and it barely pulls back to fasten on the pile tape. I’m hoping it’ll stretch, if not I’ll give this one away too.

Really nice belt. The quality and design are definitely there. I ended up having to order 1 size smaller than the sizing chart recommended to get the belt as tight as I wanted it. The ab-plate is a nice addition that is great for overhead presses, bench press, barbell squats etc. However, I have found that it tends to pinch and get in the way still when I'm doing any bent over movements. Love the lightweight and flexibility features of the belt. The only thing I feel It’s missing is a sewn-in velcro patch halfway down the cinching part of the belt to keep it loosely against the body inbetween sets. As a bigger bellied boy who maxes out an XL, I can cinch it down just fine for my sets, but need to pop it inbetween sets for comfort. I can install a velcro patch myself for my needs, but Version 2.0 might benefit from it.
