Five star service 👌 I'm getting ready to order another to keep on standby. I put my preacher bench in storage.

Very nice piece. My only problem is if I use for standing curls, the strap is not long enough. If I forget that option and just use it to strap on a bench, it’s perfect. Definitely would buy again. The way it was packaged was the most incredible neatest thought out way I’ve ever seen.

I like this a lot and will LOVE it in time. Am still adjusting my routine and my body to it. Seems to be sturdy construction and I am sure you have put it through rigorous testing and I am hoping the moulded plastic parts last. I have no reason to think it won't... One suggestion - some more instructional (as opposed to promotional) videos would help with the adjustment process...then I could love it faster

I’ve only worn it once for leg day. So far so good. Love the front plate. Looking forward to back day.

This piece of equipment definitely helps target biceps directly and I will be adding it as part of my regular routine. Attaching it to the bench works well. I do think that it should be made in at least two different sizes. If you have a bigger chest the curve of the trainer is not deep enough and it pushes the arms out unnaturally.

When I opened the box I was upset to see that the pads were already detached and the tape was no longer sticky. I used it anyway and still got a great arm blast! This thing will come in very handy for getting the good biceps swole I desire!

I really like the belt, but it could be just a little wider in the back and front plates for just a little more support. Perhaps, they could make a wider "power" version? Also, the slot in the buckle needs to be finished better to allow the strap to slide smoothly. I took a file and some fine grit sandpaper to mine and now it tightens up much easier. Other than that, it's a good product, and the customer service is top notch.

I have only used the device a handful of times to train my arms, so far. But the workouts that I did use it. It really did help me to isolate those muscles. I think with time and creativity, I will really love this an auxiliary device for my arm training.

I ordered the wrong size! SMH! They exchanged it no problem. Really fast, really easy, and most of all really nice customer service! Love my belt!!

Definitely a nice belt. Well built, wish it had a self locking buckle though. Got it on sale, because that price is 😳

The ab plate is a game changer, definitely the most comfortable and secure lifting belt I’ve used.

I'm liking this product so far and still getting used to it. On my incline bench it seems to want to slide down at times so I'm going to try to fix that issue but overall I like doing curls with it. Especially spider curls.

Love this belt. It’s light weight but very supportive, fits easily in my backpack and I love the flat hard piece in the front that adds extra support.

Love the belt! It looks great and feels even better. I just with the where the belt goes through the buckle was rounded to make adjusting easier. With the sharp edges it’s harder to adjust. Only reason it’s 4 stars instead of 5 for me.
