We are truly impressed with our wonderful arcade table. Great addition to our new family room and family fun. We did a lot of searching and reviews, then we always came back to AB Video Arcades. I absolutely love my machine. There is nothing like the feel of a true arcade cabinet. This definitely takes me on the wayback machine to my teen years working at the local arcade and wishing I could play all of the games. Now I can! And on such an amazing unit. The OS is just rock solid. The joysticks and buttons are responsive and as are all 3 trackballs. A huge 'Thank you' to all of the team for making me so happy.

Our unit arrived on time. It was packaged very well. As a result, it was in MINT condition. Start up was super easy. Took a little time to adjust to the multiple buttons but that was expected. Game graphics and play are a direct throwback to our "80s" arcade days. VERY HAPPY with this gameroom addition!

Definitely worth it! There was a slight delay, but Sam constantly kept me informed of the status. Great customer service, great experience when the shipment arrived. This an amazing machine for the price! The screens are vibrant and look great, the solenoids and shakers give it a real feel, and the construction is sturdy and solid. I regularly play Black Knight, Fireball and Gorgar at a local arcade and the VPX versions feel just like the real thing on this setup.

This is a great arcade machine! We have been looking for one for years and so glad we chose this one. It has every game imaginable. The interface is easy to use. It is heavy duty (biggest complaint I have always read about others is they were cheaply made of particle board). Perhaps the best part has been the customer service. They have answered every question quickly - both before and after the purchase. Would definitely recommend!!

My wife and I love our new 32" cocktable machine that has about 4,800 games!! Brings back so many memories and we have discovered a bunch of new games too. It is very well built, the lights are a nice touch, and the sound is very good. It is about 200 pounds so get the white glove delivery option if you need it delivered into your house and into a room of choice.

We love it. If you’re thinking about getting one, do it. Great customer service. Fast delivery. We received it within 1 week. Joysticks work great. No delays. The only issue is bubbling of decoys under the glass. I have not had a chance to call and ask if they can be smoothed out somehow without removing the glass.

This is a really neat piece. Well constructed and high quality. The controls feel robust. AB Video Arcades showed me how to disable the titles that I didn't want. Also, they shipped me a replacement glass top because the original was slightly damaged in shipping. In short, the customer service was great.

Purchasing was simple and straight forward. Shipping was fast and well packaged. You'll definitely need help moving it. This thing is a beast! I had to remove the upper half to get it inside but it was easy. Just make sure to label any connections. Check the volumes on the amp right inside the coin door before booting up. This is a Fantastic machine! It is perfect for those (like me) who can't commit to one pinball machine and aren't handy enough to fix the inevitable problems that come with a real machine.
