Really appreciated being able to call and ask questions about the pros and cons of the different systems and options. Amazing packing and ship time for something that large, well worth the shipping cost. The game machine itself is really high quality and the games are great! Absolutely love this arcade. It has all my favorites from the 80’s. So glad my husband bought it for me. I told him I was okay with a cheaper model but he convinced me that this was the way to go. Fantastic machine! It looks, feels, and plays like a classic arcade cabinet. We have the 4600 4-player w/ guns unit, and it is awesome. I need to calibrate the light guns, but otherwise, everything works perfectly and exactly as advertised. Sam was also extremely helpful before and after purchase, and promptly answered all of my question. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I have had the 3505 game cabinet for a few weeks and I am extremely satisfied; the game is solid and the finish looks great. It was packed/crated well and is exactly as described. I have had a few questions, and AB support from Sam was prompt and knowledgeable. My 5 1/2 year old daughter loves the lights which add a great effect, and the tilt screen with hydraulic arms for 2 player games is a nice innovation. I highly recommend!
