This is a really neat piece. Well constructed and high quality. The controls feel robust. AB Video Arcades showed me how to disable the titles that I didn't want. Also, they shipped me a replacement glass top because the original was slightly damaged in shipping. In short, the customer service was great.

Ordered before Christmas. They said they had 40 orders that they didn’t have parts yet for, so it was shipped out a few weeks later. Was not a big deal. They sent a “from Santa” card for us to put under the tree. It is very heavy. Needed 2 strong teenagers to carry down to the basement. Plugged it in and it worked immediately with no issues. I may build a base to raise it up a bit as our knees hit it funny so we have to sit legs wide. Have only had it for 4 days, but so far so good!

Expertly packed and shipped. Other than getting it into the basement, it's pretty much plug n' play. Just had it a couple days, and I'm grateful I'm retired. This is endless hours of enjoyment. Not sure I remember, but this is built better than the games in the arcades. My gosh, it's crazy good!

The grandkids love playing the arcade games. You pretty much just plug it in and play. No assembly or set up required. Modifying the game selection list is easy is simple once you have done it once or twice. The cabinet is very sturdy. The tempered glass top is very nice!

This is a Christmas present for my husband. The packaging was spectacular and the shipping info was awesome. The videos on the website and the scan me insert that came with the box had superb instructions for everything from unpacking to set up. Wow! What can I say about this machine. I did my research on cocktail arcades and it always brought me back to this site. Communication was outstanding. Shipping was pristine and on time. And plug n play! Almost too many games! Ha.. Im finding new games and favorites almost every day. This game is very solid and well constructed. Not a cheap model you will find in a big box store. Perfect Christmas gift. Works great love the different features. FedEx delivery was efficient and on time. Very pleased. Only draw back is the stools don’t lock in place probably because of how big we are they sink down. Seems ok for my son who is smaller.

So far so great! If I had to do again, I would have bought the version with the screen lifting up. It would make it easier to see. We had one or two setup questions, but they quickly answered our questions and everything was resolved fast.

This is my 2nd cocktail arcade game table for our short term rentals. I tried to save some money and bought another brand from a different store. It was a cheaply built junk. These are the real deal like you have in arcades. Very well built. Adjustable volume. Great speakers. Solid built. We have had the 1st one for a couple of years and zero issues. Still like new.

Really appreciated being able to call and ask questions about the pros and cons of the different systems and options. Fantastic machine! It looks, feels, and plays like a classic arcade cabinet. We have the 4600 4-player w/ guns unit, and it is awesome. I need to calibrate the light guns, but otherwise, everything works perfectly and exactly as advertised. I have had the 3505 game cabinet for a few weeks and I am extremely satisfied; the game is solid and the finish looks great. It was packed/crated well and is exactly as described. I have had a few questions, and AB support from Sam was prompt and knowledgeable. My 5 1/2 year old daughter loves the lights which add a great effect, and the tilt screen with hydraulic arms for 2 player games is a nice innovation. I highly recommend!
