I have tried on 40+ pairs of pole shorts over the past 6 months and these are my favorite. I love the wide bands so nothing digs into your skin creating a bubble and the fact that there is no front middle seam. It is beyond me why more designers don't get away from that middle seam that can create an unwelcome look.

The fit is weird for me. No compression so it kind of sits around the lower belly fat and then the tighter band around the waist and legs push in making it look more pronounced. I wish dance bottoms had compression to make it look more smooth and less like a shiny diaper 😕 the picture when I was buying showed it being more high cut on the hips but it's not, it is very full coverage.

I only got to try this today and I am already impressed with the quality of instruction. The warm up got me winded but I really enjoyed it and felt great. Tried out the floor work routine and it was so much fun. I have a lot of practicing I need to do, but I am definitely enjoying what I have tried so far. The soundtrack is also amazing. Highly recommended for any level.
