The boots are fine. They were too small for me, so I'm trying to return them. You have to "request a return" and then wait for approval, which is a little ridiculous, but I did so and waited. A few days later, I got an email that the return was approved and that I would be receiving a return shipping label. I never did. I've tried contacting Cleo the Hurricane for 3 weeks now and haven't heard anything. It looks like you can't actually return anything here.
