I am 5 ft ,106 pounds for reference 33 inch hips. I have both extra small and small. I think I prefer the small. It’s a little bit roomier in the thigh area. This-is an elevated basic ,your go to pole practice pants and also I have worn them in studio shows. My last pole competition I wore this style with a matching bra.

I always have a hard time finding ture thigh high leggins, they always hit just above the knees, but i love that these are like traditional dancer leggins and go all the way up! Much needed and they do stay up fairly well, they do fall, but you can always add some grip if you need them to stay. I wish they had other colors.

Love this top, especially with the matching high-waisted bottoms! Although there are no structured cups or padding, it still feels fairly secure and the sheer panels are very cute and fun. That being said, my bust did tend to move around a bit during pole class, so while I had enough support to be comfortable, I would recommend nipple pasties if you are doing anything active and worried about slips. I wear a 28/30DD in bra size and the XS fit nicely.
