Very fun video ,it'll leave you sore ! but leave you with accomplishment feeling . So totally worth it. I loved following along with the ladies, throughout each chapter . Some movements were completely new to me , which was exciting . I highly recommend this . Very engaging video/DVD ! I could post a pic of doing pole in these pants but I have to say, the second you put them on you become a different beast entirely and isn’t that what you need to conquer your pole sessions?! They look so good, feel amazing - ridiculously comfortable and true to size. I invert and they don’t shift in any direction. No wedgie picking, no surprise pole burns in the delicate areas.

HER material did not disappoint. I noticed her explanations were simple and to the point, definitely a plus for beginners. I have taken many teacher training for other genres of fitness. Over explaining could overwhelm a student if this were their first TT. CRNP pole dance TT is my first Pole certification course. I can't wait until the next Cert classes come out! I got the black version from PoleActive and the below boobs band is really tight on my ribcage in that color for some reason. The leopard is a little stretchier. Please make stretchier bands for muscular chicks with small boobs!
