Still getting the hang of using it. I ordered all three colors in order to experiment. Each of the colors is darker than I anticipated. Also wish you would make one in gray. That said, I love the concept and expect, with some practice, that I will really like it.

I ordered a blond and brown pen a couple of months ago and received two pens that were a very red auburn but labeled blond and brown. Both looked terrible, and kind of clown like, on me and on my daughters. I wrote a very negative review and today received two new pens that were in the correct, and very natural color. This company completely stands by it's outstanding product. In this day and age customer service is often an afterthought. Not for TatBrow. It is truly one of the most customer friendly companies I have ever worked with and will continue to recommend. I work with a Cancer Practice and as some of you may know Cancer Patients often lose their hair and eyebrows. Okay so I’m on the second time to buying and using it. This stuff really works!!! It really has made my eyebrows grow. I have really thin light colored eyebrows there wasn’t even hair in the arch area plus when I was young I burned off part of my eyebrows on my left side lol. There’s now hair in and I can see the full shape of my eyebrows. I’m going to keep using it so it’ll get thicker and thicker , so happy with this product !

Love the microblade pen and microblade precision pen. Have them in both brown and blonde color. I ordered TatBrow a couple of weeks ago and the pen didn't seem to be working correctly. I took a picture of the product on a tissue and emailed customer service. Within the day I had gotten a response with an apology and offer to replace the pen for free AND a 25% discount refunded to my card for my troubles. The pen itself worked great! However, the brown pen I received had a red tint to it so it did not match my brow color at all. I was debating trying to order the darker one when I received an email from the company letting me know that pens were shipped out with a red tint in the brown and they would replace it for free if mine was one that was affected. I am very pleased with the costumer service and the fact that they reached out to me before I even had a chance to! Excited to try the pen again...

I love this pen. I have an area of my brow that is scarred, and so the hair growth there is sparse. This product is the only one I’ve used that gives me the most realistic looking brow. The pen allows for individual, natural looking hair strokes. It stays put so well in this summer heat too. Definitely recommend it!

So this pen is amazing! But unfortunately after a few strikes the color hue was different and then I received an email saying that the company was willing to replace the defective pens in my color for free. So I’m about to contact them because I LOVE the way it looked, but I just happen to receive a defective but it’s okay as it will be replaced. It looked amazing and it worked so well on my brows, making it look natural. Would recommend!

I’ve literally tried every brow pen/pencil on market over past couple years. Some were awful; some were ok but not what I was really looking for. I received my tatbrow a few days ago. I could not believe it😳 The first couple strokes and I knew this pen was different! 💯% different‼️ The only problem is the brown is darker than I need. But, it’s really dark! A light brown would be more suitable for me. I’m afraid the blonde will be too light! HELP😩

Okay this really works when you are consistant in your applications. Use it morning well before you even think about piutting on makeup and then agina before you go to sleep at night. I did this and now I can see a big improvemtn in my brows. My friend got it at the same time I did but she wasn't consistent and only used it like twice a week. After she saw my results she is going to do it the right way!!! Ha!
