I received my pen last week and felt it was dried out already so I emailed the company and they said the following:
Thank you for reaching out and so sorry to hear the pen you received is dry.
We've had customers in the past who thinks their pen dried out however, it just needed a good shake. I recommend giving it a good shake and roll between your hands for a couple of minutes then leave it sitting upside down for 15-30 minutes.

I had a great experience with the staff. I had ordered the wrong color and sent a text to a staff member. I heard back in about an hour with an apology of ordering the wrong color and that they will send me a new tat brow that will fit my color. I got the dark brown and it is just fabulous! Easy to use and stays on the brow very well and does not smudge. When I run out, I will definitely buy more.

I have the most sensitive skin so I was nervous to try this. I almost skipped it! I got it anyway and its been amazing. No irritations at all. So if you also have sensitive skin this could work for you. I started with once a day just to try it out and after a week I bumped it up to twice a day.
