I started the Gummy Bears over a year now, and they give me just right amount of relaxation to go to sleep at night. That's why the jar is on my shoulder because it's my night-time buddy. At first I was skeptical about this product having tried many natural products to induce sleep. Yes, melatonin works but depends on dosage. I was very pleased with Breez Beez as it is far better than melotin and again depending on your dosage, gives you varying calming effects. I do sleep much much better and certainly longer (6-8 consecutive hrs). I recommend this product highly.
