The concept and use of the Bike Nook is great. I did not receive all of the needed parts (missing 3 screws) so I was not able to finish the setup of one of my Bike Nooks. This is usually not a big issue, but I am unable to find a phone number to call to get the parts sent over to me. Excited for an option that gives me space in the garage, but is easy for my kid, or his grandmother to use. Also love we can put it anywhere in the garage that makes sense. i.e. I have some items hanging on the wall, and our bikes are in front of that. But it is exactly what we needed. These are new so worried I will knock them over, so give me a few months and I'll probably up this review So far we are thrilled!

Great concept and design, but I wish structurally its made better and might need a few tweaks. The stand is great for bikes upto 24 inch or road bikes which are lightweight. If you have a mountain bike or heavier hybrid bike, the part that the seat posts are supposed to rest is pretty thin and is only held by a single screwable nut. It would be nice to have a thicker back and maybe have 2 nuts or even a different system to adjust the height better so that way you are not constantly screwing and ...

Ingeniously simple design. With fenders on the bike, the adjustment tube had to be lengthened to the last hole, so that the bike would not be rolling back and putting weight on the fender. That decreases stability. Also, if your storage location is anything like my old garage, be careful of uneven surfaces. It can easily tip if not careful.

As a 68 year old with arthritis I had a little trouble putting it together. I should have asked a friend to assist but I'm rather stubborn and wanted to do it myself. I haven't used it yet because the seat on my bike needs to be moved higher. I may give in and ask a neighbor to help loosen the seat for me. I have a woman's Townie bike. I'm short so the seat is down as low as it goes.

These were all gifts and the general consensus is that they are very good for garage organizing and they do work. Putting the stand together was quite easy too, the instructions were great. The only observation is that they a not quite as stable as we had hoped, just a little wobbly.

Torn between the Turbo and the standard unit, I tried the turbo and do like it however it was a little difficult to put together as the locations are not user friendly and compared, the Turbo just lends itself do being a little unsteady, unlike the standard model.

We are very happy with one of the racks as the tire fits perfectly and the bike stands straight. The other rack we store a a bike with a thinner tire and the bike does not store straight up. I thought we ordered 1 wide tire and one thinner tire racks but we received the 2 of the wider types. Aside from that they seem to be working good and give us much more room in our storage area.
