It was a little difficult to follow instructions with just pictures, but once I watched a Youtube, I got it together. I think it would help to put printed steps with the parts, or put labels / numbers on the parts so assembly is easier.

Finally put the stands together to get more room in my garage. Although it eventually gives more room, you still need to make sure there's room to lower the bike. I would buy again. Great idea and design.

Bike nook turbos were easy to put together and it will hold bikes upright with luggage racks. With the turbos you have to keep the bar attachment on seat post where the standard edition you won't have to. It definitely clears up more space.

Very easy to assemble. However, there are some parts shown in the directions that were not in the box. I have contacted the seller and am waiting for a response. I am sure they will take care of the issue. With out the missing parts the stand still works as intended but bike would be more secured with missing parts shown in the directions. Very study construction.

It’s a little too short for my beach cruiser, meaning it won’t nest in the spot for the seat post when it’s vertical at its highest setting. It is partially supported, so it works, but it’s unstable.

I ordered the bike nook stand for my small apartment and it's very easy to use. Usually I'm in a rush and it allows me to quickly grab my bike. The only thing I don't love is that you have to use the velcro strap to keep the front wheel from tipping to the side (which would cause the bike+stand to fall over), but it's still pretty user friendly.

I like the Bike Nook for holding my high-end carbon fiber road bike. It works as advertised. One thing I really hate are the awful instructions for assembling the bike stand. Very tiny fonts, unclear illustrations, etc. How really hard would it be to create decent instructions using the word processor on every computer? It seems like more and more products these days are coming out with similar problems with their assembly instructions, I'm an engineer, so this should not have been as difficult ...

Does exactly what it says it does! I ordered, but did not use, the attachment for the rack -- for me, it was not needed, though I have a Topeak rack and bag. The setup was reasonably easy, buit you do need to follow the directions. Sturdy. Works. Very satisfied.

Works great and easy to set up. Careful with the unpacking! the top metal section is shipped nested within the bottom section. When I grabbed the bottom section the top section slid clear through and landed on my big toe causing a great pain and loss of the toenail. Luckily it didn’t break a bone!

I love the concept for space utilization. The general concept is effective, but as I’m a taller rider. I find the adjustment doesn’t allow for the use of a saddle bag. Thus it seems to be generally unstable for my use.

I like it. Unfortunately I did not take into account the pannier bags that now hang in a not tidy way. In addition. I am soooo short, 5'1" that my seat is low, and thefore the best is not resting on the seat post, but rather on the back of the seat istelf. Heather

assembly was ok. The rack itself was super easy and a no brainer, however the attachment for the bike needs work. For both bikes the seat stem is thicker that your engineers would imagine - it was very hard to get a grip on the nut to tighten it down. The "wrench" that was included is useless; I had to use my own wrench set to get any type of purchase on the nut to finally get it tightened on the bike stem.

This was exactly what I needed for my small condo to free up some floor space. I only gave four stars though because some things could be improved. The connectors should be solid not flexible. The adjustment knob needs to be larger and the front wheel strap should have a quick release buckle and able to be cinched down and released with one hand.

Hopefully the bar into the seat attachment will loosen and be easy to remove in order to use the bike. Otherwise, will be a two person job to remove the rack from the bike.

Lives up to the marketing but I really DONT like dealing with the long velcro strip. Seems like there should be more invocative. I keep losing it when I take it off to ride and set in down somewhere. Just doesn't seem very integrated or well thought out considering the rest of the design innovation.

I bought two Bike Nooks. They definitely save space. They are easy and quick to set up. The only problem I had was that one of the seat stems on one bike was a bit short but I was able to work around it. One suggestion I have is to include brackets to anchor the crossmember to the floor (or a plywood sheet) because large bikes can tip over with minimum force.

I have been trying to complete assembly of my bike nook for over a week. I am unable to reach the company or register my purchase, even though I have entered my password and order number. The racks work well. They have a little more spacing between bikes than we need and it doesn’t work perfectly with my youngest son’s bike (his seat is all the way down…if it wasn’t it would work). Despite that, we figured out that his bike can sit flat in the rack almost like a traditional bike rack. Overall we’re quite happy

It has worked out perfectly for our little apartment balcony so far. Seems to be pretty solid. I wish it had a clamp for the front wheel on the rack for a tad more secure connection but I love the ease and simplicity of the rack this far.

it works, but the way my bike is set up, I really lean it against the wall in the up position bc my seat is really low, and has a rear reflector so there's nowhere for the seat-neck to rest in the vertical post. a strap that secures it would be nice.

It's really great for an apartment where I don't want my bike to take up so much space, but I also don't want to install anything. The only thing I wish is that there were some other way to hold the front wheel in place without the velcro strap which I find a little annoying to put on. But overall it works well and I would definitely recommend it to a friend.
