I have had it on only one trip so far. It had an even longer trip than I did, arrived the next day with a few scratches but overall good shape. I did wish it allowed a little extra space in the zipper area. The packing cases worked well, more than I needed for one week trip.

This is number 5 of these luggage that I bought from TREXA. It is lightweight and nice as the rest. My only problem so far is my husband took the light blue color one on a plane for the first time last weekend, and it landed with all sorts of black spots that we can't seems to get off and some scratches. I sent a 28” black luggage to exchange this company never was at their location to receive it , they cancelled my exchange for a 24” and then stated I was going to get the 28” luggage sent back to me stating it was damaged ….they weren’t ever at their company to receive it….imwas told it was damaged and would not get my refund, well if they were at their place of business to receive the return they would have received the luggage in the shape it was first sent …UPS sent me messages for two weeks...

The single worst online purchasing experience to date. After returning my damaged white 28 I was told that it was out of stock and I would have to settle for a black replacement. A shipping label was created and I was excited to receive my new suitcase. Fast forward four weeks and I was told that Trexa was completely out of product and it would be weeks for my purchase to be restoked.
