Terrible. Cracked on first use. Company will not work with me to return the suitcase. Wanted me to pay half the cost to return and were 12 weeks out to get a new suitcase. I travel about 3 weeks a month. Terrible customer service. Did not respond to my response with photos for over 2 weeks. Terrible. DO NOT PURCHASE.
