I love this shirt so much for my hypermobile body. I am wearing an X-Small in the photo but it's a little too small and the next purchase I plan to get a small. Sizing: 5'0, 115-120lbs, 30DD. The arms are a bit too tight and it bunches/rolls up, but it's not enough that I didn't return/exchange it. You do not need to a bra underneath. I have worn these AlignMed posture bras since 2016 and cannot imagine my life without them. I started wearing them after cervical spinal surgery and resulting scapular dyskinesia. These posture bras truly make the biggest difference in my life, and I am so grateful for AlignMed! Wow! I am beyond impressed with this bra. I was skeptical at best that it would be helpful in correcting my poor desk posture, but have seen significant improvements! I don’t have great posture and doesn’t help that I spend most of my work day standing over a table. As a result I have a lot of upper back and neck pain. I was referred to AlignMed by my orthopedic doctor for my hEDS. I tried the AlignMed Pullover Posture Sports Bra first as I liked the idea of no zipper and a lower cut. Alas, it was like Goldilocks.
