I have a 41 inch chest and weigh 170 lbs. My shirts are size large. These shirts comfortably help prevent my shoulders from hunching forward. The results are long lasting. I wear the shirts all day long, a couple of times a week, just like I would wear any undershirt.

These bras have been a miracle for me! After years of seeing a chiropractor with no relief, I no longer suffer with neck and shoulder pain due to mild scoliosis as long as I wear my Alignmed bra daily. I can go a couple of days without wearing one, but the discomfort will slowly come back until I wear my Alignmed bra again. I do prefer the pullover version and I wish it was offered in more colors! I am very happy with this bra. I wear 40DD and the fit and coverage of XL is excellent. It is the most comfortable bra I wear and it seems to help with back strain also. It works great under form fitting shirts - there are no lines or bulges. And the straps do not cut in or stretch out. I recommend it and I will be buying more.

The length and cut feel like a great combination of effective and convenient. The quality of the material is also much cooler-wearing than expected even in warm weather. Looking forward to trying the pullover version too. The cut of the zipper model does seem to introduce unavoidable bunching in the armpits, but as with other effects of wearing the shirt this becomes less noticeable quickly.

It doesn‘t feel restricting at all, just a gentle pull down/back on the shoulders which helps me stay aware of my posture and where my shoulders are. It took a couple wears to get comfortable with the shirt. I’ve gotten familiar with it now, and I feel locked in during work outs. It’s a high tech shirt! The length is just right for me. My body is 6’1” 190lbs with a 32waist. I find the Large to be a precise fit up top. If I had to be a perfectionist, I’d say the area around the abdomen is a touch loose. I do enjoy this product very much in its function.
