It was a bit rough at start using the new controller with the TMR sticks, slowly adapted to it, it has become amazing , the precision and over all feel is amazing !!!! The only issue I faced was the D-pad I have to press really hard to get any input in any direction, over all 10/10 stars !!!!

This is easily the best controller and experience I've had with a controller, to the point were when I need to charge the controller and need to switch to another one I get a little depressed. The other ones just aren't as responsive nor do they fell as good in my hands. 10/10 next controller I need I'll be back.

DO NOT BUY ANY OTHER CONTROLLER! I had a ps dualsense edge because I wanted a remedy for stick drift...but when my stick broke they didn't have any $10 replacements available for 8 months and could only find $60 replacements. Do not buy it! I spent $400 on an AIM controller that took 6 months to make a BASIC controller that came out of the box with stick drift. Everything about the controller feels great and is amazing in siege, my only complaint being the back action buttons not being remappable, but that was error by me not reading and not the quality of the controller. I love how it came out, it feels very different from a stock controller but with time I got used to it, it’s my first pro controller I’ve bought. The only thing i have an issue with is the back buttons my hands are small so it’s hard me me to press the top back buttons and that they’re a little to close for my chubby fingers. Other than that great controller love the outcome the color mouse click everything!!! I rate it a 9/10

Controller is great! I was very surprised to see that the gray cover looked so much like the original PS!!! I originally ordered black but was told it was OUT of stock and gave a list of 3 colors to replace. Love the look of this controller. The grip on the back is great! Doesn’t feel like it will ever slip. The controller is very lite and feels perfect. I highly recommend getting the back triggers w remap option I will definitely purchase again !

I ordered the controller back during the summer and I loved it! Definitely worth the wait. However, after a month of use, the button mapping seemed to mess up (not really sure what the issue ended up being). I reached out to Cinch and they let me know it was still under warranty and so I sent it in and received it just a couple weeks later. Now, all the issues seem to be gone and it's back to being my main controller! Love the quality and ended up loving the service.

I 100% recommend these controllers to anyone. The quality is amazing, and adding the mouse click triggers has been a game changer for fps games. This was my second order and throughout the process I received emails letting me know the status. I ordered this controller for my son for Christmas. Early December,designed it. I received it in feburary. I was in constant contact with the company and they were very helpful along the way. They responded very quickly to my emails and even gave me a discount due to the longer wait time. I will definitely use this company again.
