I ordered the controller back during the summer and I loved it! Definitely worth the wait. However, after a month of use, the button mapping seemed to mess up (not really sure what the issue ended up being). I reached out to Cinch and they let me know it was still under warranty and so I sent it in and received it just a couple weeks later. Now, all the issues seem to be gone and it's back to being my main controller! Love the quality and ended up loving the service.

I 100% recommend these controllers to anyone. The quality is amazing, and adding the mouse click triggers has been a game changer for fps games. This was my second order and throughout the process I received emails letting me know the status. The conch grip I ordered wasn’t in stock, but I was given the option to either wait or to get it with a different color. I let the builder decide and can honestly say they made a great choice to go with the color scheme.

I ordered this controller for my son for Christmas. Early December,designed it. I received it in feburary. I was in constant contact with the company and they were very helpful along the way. They responded very quickly to my emails and even gave me a discount due to the longer wait time. I will definitely use this company again. It did take a few months to receive the controller but again, they were very helpful and responsive. I highly recommend.

I bought this to have a pro Xbox controller. I’m not disappointed. It takes some getting used to but, the mouse clicks and action buttons are exquisite. I’ve actually gotten a little faster on the draw when playing shooters such as Destiny, halo, and battlefield. Cinch controllers not only look great but, they feel and play excellent.

I love how it came out, it feels very different from a stock controller but with time I got used to it, it’s my first pro controller I’ve bought. The only thing i have an issue with is the back buttons my hands are small so it’s hard me me to press the top back buttons and that they’re a little to close for my chubby fingers. Other than that great controller love the outcome the color mouse click everything!!! I rate it a 9/10

Sent in my controller for stick drift repair. On the way to Cinch Gaming my package was reported as damaged by Ups I informed customer service and james kept me updated on delivery and the condition of controller when it arrived Cinched fixed the stick drift and shipped it back to me the next day. Controller works great feels brand new more than happy with my purchase and will be sending future controllers in for stick drift repair when needed. Customer Service is amazing as well.
