I have only used this a few times. Here are my thoughts. First thing I noticed out of the box it felt kinda cheap for the price. Maybe I thought that due to the weight. The flat iron amazing!! 👌🏽Love love it! But the delivery was awful!! The whole item in the package was exposed. It was literally open. I came home met an open box in my doorstep. This is why I haven’t given review on it. I wasn’t happy with the delivery. Paying that much money you would expect packaging to be sealed but everything was exposed to the sunlight. Upsetting. This is the only curling iron that actually curls my hair and the curls stay in! I have long hair so the spinning handle helps to grab my hair for a perfect curl. I accidentally ordered a 1" barrell instead of the 1.25" so I contacted customer service and they were wonderful! They accomodated my request to exchange with no problems. I owned my first Croc for about 5 or 6 years so the expense is totally worth it.
