This is an amazing flat iron! I had the classic infrared (still working) but just wanted another flat iron and an upgrade. The masters version has a smoother glide over my hair and a very nice feel. The croc infrared line of flat irons really seals the hairs cuticles and conceals any split ends I have, making my hair look more healthy than any other flat iron. The shine is incredible. Love it!

I have long thick course hair and it gets it more straight than any other flat iron I have ever owned. I usually have two flat irons, a ceramic one and my other croc. it took 30 min for me to flat iron. Now with this one it takes me half the time. It isn't a one pass for my hair but maybe 2 or three.
