I bought the R1280Ts along with the T-5 subwoofer. I couldn't be any happier. I run them off a blue tooth adapter for my iTunes and a RCA hook-up for the CD player. No receiver. I barely have the bass on with the T-5. As for as I'm concerned, Edifier put out two fine products for me.

The sound from these speakers is beautiful! The tweeters deliver such crisp highs, and the subwoofer has some serious bass! Having said that, the mids are just about perfectly balanced as well. I have this hooked up to my computer using a USB DAC into the RCA inputs, and it just floors me. I've probably gotten a bit less productive, since I find myself enjoying the sound from these speakers so much I sometimes just sit and zone out. I'm kicking myself for not getting them sooner!

I absolutely love these speakers! Just got them today and when I listened for the first time , I was shocked , for the 150W RMS that they advertise , they've got a really strong bass and crispy mids and highs. I also got them on a good deal so I would recommend them with the bottom of my heart! Edifier best audio company!

These are great! They have plenty of features, and have great sound. Love the bluetooth, and usb options. Would recommend these to any body! But I did lose the power connector and can't find find a replacement but thats my fault. Love them!!

I was a bit reluctant to get these because I've never heard of the brand prior. The noise reduction combined with six microphones peaked my interest. Why would they go to all that trouble if it didn't matter. And I can tell you IT MATTERS! Way impressed by these little gems and the look cool too. Recommend them for the price range.

This is a very decent active NC headphone for the price. Actually, very good when considering that…sound is good when adjusted on the X app. NC is decent. Comfort after several hours is good not excellent and it’s honestly about as good as a pair of my Bose NC over ear which are several years old. Definately recommend.
