These are absolutely the best . I went to the doctor around August 2023 and my Vitamin D was 13 the normal range is from 30-whatever . They prescribed me some vitamin d pills but I just wouldn’t take them. I saw these on tik tok and said I’d give them a try. I went again in February 2024 and I’m at at 24.5.
