I really like these sea moss supplements. I have definitely noticed that I have less appetite and still energetic. I also have less bloating and more regularity. My skin is bright and flawless too so with all that being said I love these vitamins!!!! I’ll definitely be ordering more!!

I like them. I think they are really helping me,I’m severely anemic,so building blood is hard for me,plus I bleed extremely heavy during my menstrual,so building blood,while losing blood is tuff for me🙄it’s definitely help since I started. I didn’t bleed heavy,and I have not had any seizures lately which is why,my body kind of freaks out because of my low blood level🤞🏽and my moods,and energy has improved slightly.
