My body can digest and absorb the iron gummies better then pill which I had to take with Vitamin C and a stool softener (I know TMI) but I want to be as transparent as possible. I must admit taking it first thing in the morning hurt my stomach a little and had me nauseated but it did give me a burst of energy throughout the day.
