I do love how it feels on my low back and can maybe see improvement in that area. We are using the panel daily for numerous conditions but mainly for my wife's painful neuropathy in her feet and legs. Results for this therapy will likely take weeks so it's difficult to judge whether the red light treatment helps her. I have noticed improvement with arthritis in my hands. I did a lot of research before buying my Rouge G4. This one checked all the boxes. Technically it is built with all the features one would want, and it is easy to use. The app makes controlling it very easy. I shut off the NIR and 850nm, and 1060nm wavelengths,( ONLY the red light light is on), and those wavelengths help the eyes (don't look right at it, just have it beside you for a few minutes), many studies prove these wavelengths strengthen the eyes and slow their aging. I've been using the Rouge Ultimate G3 for about a month now. I use it every other day, for 20 minutes total, after going to the gym. I think I get less soreness and recover faster, but I haven't tested my baseline recovery without the device; after the first session, I was basically hooked.
