I recently purchased the Rouge Tabletop panel, and love it. I can't yet provide a healing testimonial as the main issue I'm attempting to address is suspected glaucoma. But I'm hopeful that the red and NIR light (which I'm currently using with eyes closed) is helping to resolve the underlying pathological direction. I can say that the panel is very sturdy, and very well made. The size is perfect for apartment living and I love the portability of it.

Absolutely love the panel - really, everything about it. Using it, daily, and have also made daily recommendations to friends and health enthusiast. However, the stand - not so much. Why is it so clunky and limiting - no option for a vertical position, or other adjustments?! The height adjustments doesnt work well - requires force. It takes away from the overall experience IMO. It is high quality, powerful red light device. I use it on regular basis for skin issues (collagen production and calm down eczema), for muscle recovery after the exercise, and to help for joint pain. The device is powerful enough so sessions could be short enough so it is easier to fit them into busy daily life.

I've been using the Rouge Ultimate G3 for about a month now. I use it every other day, for 20 minutes total, after going to the gym. I think I get less soreness and recover faster, but I haven't tested my baseline recovery without the device; after the first session, I was basically hooked. I thought it was pure gimmick to he honest. But after reading about it I bought Rouge Pro G4 and I am impressed with the results. I had a car accident a year ago and my shoulder was sore with numbness. After less than a week the numbness and pain are gone. My weight training is smoother and I have more energy and focus. I don't like the mounting option (door hanger only). I had to use a lag bolt screwed into a stud and when I attach the pulley it causes the panel to hang at an angle and not straight up and down. Also, I don't want to hang it on a door as I have no wall outlets near the door in my bedroom.

I did a lot of research before buying my Rouge G4. This one checked all the boxes. Technically it is built with all the features one would want, and it is easy to use. The app makes controlling it very easy. I shut off the NIR and 850nm, and 1060nm wavelengths,( ONLY the red light light is on), and those wavelengths help the eyes (don't look right at it, just have it beside you for a few minutes), many studies prove these wavelengths strengthen the eyes and slow their aging. My wife and I really love this unit! The only minor complaint we have is there is no user manual in the box it came with and we can't locate a manual online either. The operation is very simple, but what is the difference between Red, Infrared or Both? We just use "both" because we don't know why you would select one over the other. Also, how much time is recommended, how often should you use it, and what distance should the light be from the body, all depending on the application?

I really enjoy how many wavelengths there are compared to other top brands. My only complaint would be the short power cord length, but I'd still gladly repurchase.

I received the Rouge G3 as promised and on time. It was super easy to assemble and super easy to use.
