The size and weight are very good. The light spread is good. The only thing bad about it is it should’ve had a strap to hold onto it to move around different parts of your body are there and that it’s a sound piece of equipment that will use for a long time. A strap would be really nice though

Honestly I have not noticed any improvement while using the device, no matter how many times a day I use it. I have tried using it right after I get up, mid afternoon, late evening. Maybe I'm not using it correctly, but since you didn't provide an recommend uses for the device, how am I suppose to know?

The app is ridiculous! It asks for my location! Why!? Weirdly worded privacy message pops up and kicks you out when you tap one of the buttons . The screen for connecting to device goes blank even though it was just showing the device connected. And even when device is shown, taping on it will either do nothing, make it disappear again or if you're very lucky, it will connect and show the next screen. The control panel is touchy. The panel is very nice. I suggest the stand as standing with eyes closed for 20 minutes at a time takes practice.
