The Rouge device is very helpful therapeutically. However, it is also quite heavy, which is a challenge for me, with arthritis issues, and a shoulder problem. I ended up leaving it on the ground to operate. Being short, it is not helpful having a high door mount. Someone like myself might benefit more from a mini version that would be more portable.

Not sure I like the wall mount. It literally is just an "L" shapped pies of metal that attaches to the device and secures to the wall. So it does not accidentally tip over. I should have purchased the cart with wheels because it is heavy.

The Nano is great for targeted areas but I am having difficulty charging it, it seems hit or miss to charge.

So far it's great! Delivered quickly and everything is working.

Difficult for me to move up and down. Not a smooth operation. I have the G3 Max so it is quite heavy. I'm a 140 lb. woman and fairly fit. My husband also finds it awkward and struggles to raise and lower the hydraulic lift. So I basically use it in the stand position as I cannot manage it on my own.

This is a wonderful device. My sinuses are clearing up.

I have been using the device at least 5 times a week. As yet, I can't say that I feel or see any difference.

The device really good but the mobile app a disaster, please rebuild the app and you will get a perfect product, look at your competitors like Jovv!

The unit itself is well made and sturdy. I would give it 5 stars if there was more information on what setting to use for different health benefits.

The Nano would work better if it had an adjustable hand strap and an audible signal when the 10 minute timer is finished.

Love the light, didn’t received the horizontal stand I paid for… didn’t get a response from the company after I sent an email.

Decided not to use it as it was too big for it to fit into the bedroom. Also, from a design perspective, way too “hospital” like.

Product is advertised as Canadian but made and shipped from China. The product in the Canadian warehouses is product that’s been sent from China already

I’ve tried several goggles, and these are the best thus far! Unfortunately, the strap broke and I can’t tighten them.
