I enjoy these devices all year , more in the winter with less sun and in conjunction with an infrared heat matt. They work great . I use the skin and muscle setting mostly . I use blue light blocking led lights in the evening that are like incandescent and help me sleep better . I have used the sleep setting a few times also with great success.

I’ve been using the Rouge light therapy device and overall it’s a great unit sleek, sexy, and very well-built. The customizable settings are a big plus and make it easy to tailor sessions to specific needs. My cat even loves sitting next to it during sessions!

I initially found that I was not using the panel very often as I found it a little uncomfortable to sit in front of it. Now that I have the stand it is a game changer! I have not been using it long enough to notice results, but having 15-20 min of peaceful down time while laying under my lamp at the end of the day is almost worth the cost in itself! I am hopeful that with time the results will come as well.
