It took me a few days to get accustomed to the red light. I have now organized my space to take better advantage of the light. As of today, biggest benefit is improved blood circulation which has improved some sluggish heaviness I was experiencing in my lower legs. I generally use it every day, in the morning. I am awaiting more benefits as time goes on. I am grateful to the staff at Red Light for the very prompt responses to my queries.
