I initially found that I was not using the panel very often as I found it a little uncomfortable to sit in front of it. Now that I have the stand it is a game changer! I have not been using it long enough to notice results, but having 15-20 min of peaceful down time while laying under my lamp at the end of the day is almost worth the cost in itself! I am hopeful that with time the results will come as well.

I’ve been using the Rouge light therapy device and overall it’s a great unit sleek, sexy, and very well-built. The customizable settings are a big plus and make it easy to tailor sessions to specific needs. My cat even loves sitting next to it during sessions!

I have used my red light panel for 3 weeks exactly, 20 minutes per session, two sessions per day, for a variety of issues, from skin to bones. I will not be able to determine if there has been any improvement to bone density until September, but in terms of skin improvement, I haven't seen any. Good product. I would suggest to add a small 90 deg. bracket to pick up the weight when installed on a door. It would further stabilize the unit when using the door.

I have had my red light panel for about 3 weeks. I use it for general wellness, sleep and alopecia. I can definitely say it has helped my sleep. I haven't noticed any other changes. My husband just had knee surgery so he is using the red light to help with healing. My daughter has an autoimmune condition that affects the skin on her hands. We are seeing if the light will help that. So far the improved sleep is the only thing I can say is happening. But that is still a good out come.
