I have bought these sausages at least five times now and they have been consistently excellent. They are meaty with just the right balance of pork fat. They grill up easily (since they are pre-cooked) with no residual fat in the pan. I have tried three different versions now and will continue to buy them for many different purposes.

The first time I cooked it I failed Not use to the grass fed bison,love grain fed. It was to rare I got wise and used a stem thermometer.I rarely use a stem thermometer.low and behold I cooked it to 130 degrees,let it rest. It was perfect and made a great sandwich the next day. Even old school chefs need a lesson from time to time. It was delicious

The marbling makes these guys incredibly tender. I always put them on the grill. They're thick cut, which is a hard thing to even find with these meat services. They also do a really good job vacuum sealing them which is incredibly important and a hard thing to find with these services.

We brought the steak to room temperature before cooking and used a reverse sear method—starting it in the oven and finishing with a hot sear on each side. The prime rib was delicious but the twine came off mid cook so I had to insert skewers to connect it because I was cooking over a rotisserie fire. I had the smarts to trim the fat and remove silver skin but it would be nice to have the product description provide instructions. But is that to be known by the buyers of Chopbox.com? Is this a rookie mistake laughed at by the butchers there or is this feedback valid for a potential product improvement? Nevertheless turned out great!

Love any quality bone in product. Love nibbling on the rib! We grilled the steaks (pink) and served along side a pork shoulder roasted all day with sauerkraut (grated apples, potatoes, onion, brown sugar, red wine, a can of Bud, caraway seed). Served with whipped potatoes and roasted carrots. German chocolate cake for dessert!

I purchased these flat iron steaks for my brother and I. I broiled mine in the broiler and my brother said he fried his in a pan. We both enjoyed them very much! The 36 ounce porterhouse was phenomenal, very tender and tasty. I got it the day before the 4th of July and tried to thaw it overnight in the frig but that didn’t work, so I immersed it in cold water, changing the water every 30 minutes. Only took about an hour to thaw then added salt and pepper just before grilling. Happy 4 th.

These are the best tasting wings I have ever bought. Made 4 pounds of buffalo wings for a Christmas party and ran out. Made the buffalo wings again for another holiday party and they were a big hit. The wings are moist and perfect size for appetizers. I cooked them in the oven with salt for 15 minutes at 250 degrees then fried them in canola oil for 10 minutes. Put Red Hot wing sauce on them and served with blue cheese. Easy recipe and they come out perfect every time.

Upon ordering my first box I was pretty skeptical about how the meats would be but to my good fortune they were amazing!! I am now on my 3rd box! I love the fact you can order what YOU want and get great quality meats and seafood. My family LOVES it, and we are all busy but have “special” meals a couple times a month with lobster tails and swordfish and filet's and everyone gathers around the table (w/o phones!) and we feast!
