I also ordered a corn Which was phenomenal as a matter of fact, I’m cooking it now. The corn beef was prime, cut lean, and I can’t wait to eat it! I will be ordering from chop box again. Compared to other companies like QVC and Omaha Steak Co., Chop Box has them beat in regards to the size of the "Wild caught Faroe Island Salmon" from the cold waters of Iceland and Norway. I have always been a fan of chopbox filets, but I thought I would give Omaha Steaks a try. OMG, I disliked the texture and taste so much that I threw them away after taking just one bite. I then ordered 6 filets from Chopbox, and although they are incredibly expensive...you get what you pay for is something that is true in this case. Best tasting even when I accidently over cook them.

Roasted it until the inner temp was 125 let it rest for about an hour and it was absolutely delicious. Tender juicy and flavorful. My family all like their beef on the rare side. My thought is if you want well done prime rib or steak, have a sandwich and save some money.
