The only issue I have was no updates on delivery status. I completely understand that there are manufacturing’s issues and delays but I would suggest that you send out emails to keep customers updated. I wasn’t sure if it was delayed or if I was ripped off.

I was pleased with my order, except for the double sided tape which did not work well. I ended up purchasing some heavy duty double sided tape from Amazon and that did the trick for me.My suggestion would be to use heavier duty adhesive, and more pieces of it.

I love my piece! It looks amazing and fits beautifully with my other art. The quality us great overall. My only complaint, is that it did not come with the 3M tape to hang or mount it with. I had to go out and purchase something to hang it with. Overall, I love it and it will be on my wall forever.

Artwork is lovely but the adhesive dots that came with it were inadequate. One panel fell off the wall about four hours after we hung it and one of the cherry blossoms broke off. I have ordered heavy weight velcro which can hold up to 10 lbs. Hopefully that will work better.

The box that it was shipped in looked like it was dropped off a roof. One side of the box was bent at a 25 to 30 degree angle right where the “fragile do not drop” sticker was ironically and retaped. It was delayed by a couple weeks so if I had to guess I’m thinking the truck was involved in some huge traffic collision. The big one was bent and scratched the small order was not damaged.
