We received our artwork in record time. It’s beautiful and we love it! We were apprehensive about ordering a sign through facebook since we had a bad experience. The company was overseas and our name was spelled incorrectly, we were finally able to get in touch with them, and they assured us they would make it right. This never happened! But when I saw your signs were made in the United States we decided to order one. We’re so glad we did! We will recommend you to our friends.

I purchased the birds to go along with the mountain metal art work that I already had hanging on the wall. It looked like it needed something so I added the birds. When I first opened the box with the birds in it I was not happy about it. It just did not look right in my hand. After I put it up on the wall and posted a picture on my Facebook page to get input I really like it. I got some good positive feedback.

I’ve got it up where it’s going to hang but I’m gonna do a bit of remodeling around my fireplace but that’s where it’s gonna go. I would recommend a stiffer way to ship it as a UPS or FedEx. Whoever you used to deliver it gently creased it along the trees there and I was able to use a ball hammer and some soft sided wood and pound it back straight, so yeah it could use with a little bit stifferinstead of just that thin cardboard and bubble wrap, maybe put it on a cardboard backing a stiff card...

Love the way it looks but was dissapointed to see its really not all metal but acrylic topped with a very thin metal....hope it holds up...I think it would be best to be up front about this and then it would avoid dissapointment...

You pay for return shipping 12$ and no costumer service at all ! First one sounded like she was in India no English , no help !!!!! We really like the sigh . The only “complaint “ is the control box didn’t come with any mounting hardware so it just hangs there . We’ll find some small mounting hardware, but it would be nice to have that included .

Ordering and shipping process was clear and easy to follow. Packaging was adequate to protect the artwork. A few too many follow up emails. However, the communication was much better then other online retailers. The wall attachments are two-way tape. They will support the item just fine. Would like a 3M style "no mork" attachments. I am dreading moving the art and the damage the "stickers" will do to the wall.

The package arrived with tire tread marks across the whole box. I guess someone drove over it, somewhere. One of the antler paddle tips was bent from that. We carefully unbent it. We love it, but FEDEX, did NOT handle it very well!
