These sunglasses are complete crap. The hinges broke immediately, the left and right lenses are different colors, and the frame is very cheap feeling.
Shame on me for buying into the fake hype on social media.

I needed to exchange my glasses for the xl and sent them back. After a couple weeks I contacted customer service and was assured my glasses would be sent shortly. They weren’t. I contacted customer service again 10 days later to ask for an update as I still did not receive them and threatened to dispute the charge; only then was the issue resolved. I really wanted these glasses but it’s not worth the hassle. Especially if I need to return any pair I purchase in the future.

Ordered the XL Lautner’s. They don’t fit, I can’t imagine how small the regulars are. With the “virtual try on” they looked great, in real life they are way smaller so I must return. I wish sunglass companies would put the hat size the models wear (I’m a 7 7/8 hat size) or frame width on the site so you have an idea if the glasses will actually fit your head. Quality seemed great though for the 4 minutes I had them out of the box.

i ordered 3 pairs of glasses total, one singular pair, and 2 with the BOGO deal. Only one pair was shipped, but the shipment claimed to contain all 3 pairs, no other packages have arrived with my 2 missing pairs of glasses. This is my first time ordering and i’m very disappointed because the one pair that came are perfect, but i was short 2 gifts on christmas due to this.

Poor customer service. The return/exchange process is lacking in transparency and you can only communicate with customer service by email. Questions asked go unanswered and they refuse to have a supervisor or manager call me to address concerns. Due to this I switched from a desire to exchange what I ordered to requesting a full refund.

The glasses are great (almost); I received two pairs of Lautners ...the Whisky coloured one was perfect, but the other Emerald pair has a slight fault where the frame is twisted or something and they don't sit square on the face and when you place them down its clear the arms are not aligned. Because the material is flexible it doesn't seem possible to twist them back into correct position. Disappointing!

The glasses themselves are high quality and a good value. However the processing of my order was so bad in my opinion that I would never again order from this Kiaura. Between processing and shipping it took more than a week to receive my glasses which were in stock when I placed the order. I can get similar glasses from amazon overnight which is what I will do. If you have time and patients then Kiaura is a good fit for you but for me I will go elsewhere.
