Before I start I want to say I have a pretty normal face structure along with a slightly larger size head, nothing too unusual…

Poor customer service. The return/exchange process is lacking in transparency and you can only communicate with customer service by email. Questions asked go unanswered and they refuse to have a supervisor or manager call me to address concerns. Due to this I switched from a desire to exchange what I ordered to requesting a full refund.

They were not folded like the ones in the video for adjustment, nor did they come with the box or the cloth to clean what the video said. I thought I saw them from a friend who bought them and recommended them to me, but I think the quality went down. They put 2 in a box and the presentation was poor.

They look good. But just 2 things I don’t like. 1. The XL size is too small, can’t imagine the regular size. And 2. They slide down all the time and have to constantly push them up, so if you put sunscreen on your face or if you sweat the glasses won’t stay in place at all.

The Lautner sunglasses fit great but the Kaufmann sunglasses are way too loose. When I bend forwards or tilt my head to look down the glasses slide to the tip of my nose, almost falling off.
Is this a manufacturing error or just suboptimal design?

Both pairs of neutral that I received needed to be modified due to the frames being moderately warped…. yes I understand that acetate is material that you can bend… But ideally when it ships you shouldn’t have glasses that come in that are an inch away from the earpieces from being level.
