Tracking was highly inaccurate. One said delivered, one said hasn't received from shipper. I emailed and asked about it and was told it was due to holiday sales and it will eventually sort itself out. That was not helpful since I was on vacation and was trying to see if I could time it's arrival to my return home or have someone get it. Otherwise the product is nice and feels solid.
