Took a chance on these for a Tactical Tailor Low Vis plate carrier. So far I'm very impressed with the build quality and comfort level. Firstly the TT low vis has fairly thin straps with no padding. Going slick with ceramic plates it's not terrible, but if you scale up with a placard that's hot kit in it you'll soon see that the straps leave much to be desired. Have this mounted to the back of a K19 carrier. CAATail Antennas relocation cable with TNC end at the antenna. Diamond SRH77CA fits nicely although it isn't flexible enough to fold over onto itself to use the hold down portion of the pouch. Heatshrink at the antenna and adapter connection. Pouch is a bit large for the civilian antennas I use but definitely protects it. I was looking for a better way to carry a larger load, while maintaining flexibility, and BCS absolutely delivered with the TLMP. I turned it into an LBV by combining two TLMPs with a back panel and I added shoulder straps with ITW buckles and webbing. I’m 5’6 135lbs pure bone and muscle running Great Lakes curved 8x10 ceramic level 3+ sapi plates. I don’t think it’s made to support the inner Aptum pads but the shoulder pads works.
