I love all of my Nova cups!!! The reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the white lids have discolored from my coffee. I run them through the dishwasher after each cup so that is disappointing. The black ones, if they have the issue, don't show the changes in color.

I really really really love this mug. I love the fact that it has a rapper so that your hand is burned because it actually does get very hot and the lid is great. The one thing I would love is for you to make it in a larger size.

The cup is beautiful and is the perfect size. The cup does get hot, so the sleeve is necessary. Unfortunately the sleeve isn’t very appealing, so my wife doesn’t like using it. It takes away from the beauty of the cup. Fortunately, though, it does keep coffee hot!

I like the fact that this mug is ceramic as I’m trying to decrease exposure to plastic from coffee runs and also keep my wallet happier. I just do not like how this mug looked very different from the photo where the design was more of a “drip” and this is not, almost looks like someone put it on unevenly and was supposed to be straight. Would buy another in a solid color.

(ordered on Dec. 19 and it said it would be delivered on time for the holidays when I ordered it). Had I known it was going to be shipped this late, I would have made other arrangements.
