Hello. Thank you for sending the mug. Unfortunately, it arrived on Jan 7th, way too late to gift it for the holidays. (ordered on Dec. 19 and it said it would be delivered on time for the holidays when I ordered it). Had I known it was going to be shipped this late, I would have made other arrangements.

It’s just perfect. I love the colors, how it feels with a warm beverage. I had always used metal cups and would either burn my mouth or have to wait till it cools down to drink it. The ceramic is great.

This cap is beautifully made the color and the glaze. My grandchild especially loves this cup because the cup and the child have the same name. It's the perfect size for that small cup of cocoa for an 8-year-old. The safety sleeve that comes with it keeps small hands or any hands from being burnt.

I ordered the 12oz size. Since I’m used to coffee ‘mugs’, it seemed a but small. But it’s the perfect size. What I like best is I can really wrap my hand around the cup for that ‘warm mug’ feeling in the morning. I bought two colors and love them both.

The ceramic to-go cups are BEAUTIFUL! I recently discovered I cannot handle coffee out of a metal tumbler. These are my new favorite way to take my coffee on the go!

I love my new cup. I like that I can feel the warmth of my coffee on my hands while holding my cup. I do wish it were available in a slightly larger size.

I ordered this cup because I wanted something cute to drink hot beverages from during the day at home and have them stay warm. I sew, and wanted to reduce the chance that I would spill coffee on fabric. The cup is cute (my favorite color is pink), and it does the job. I do like that there isn’t a handle, as many handles are awkward with my increasingly arthritic knuckles.

This cup is the perfect size for my regular cup of coffee in the morning and just the right shape to fit well in my cup holder for travel. Fast shipping. Order arrived beautiful and just as expected.

Love Nova ceramic mugs. We are growing quite a collection :) The colors and effects are stunning; they are good for conveying drinks from place to place—no spills! I love this cup, and get compliments whenever I bring it to a coffee shop as my reuable cup. The ceramic can get very hot, and the sleeve does just what it should. Super easy to clean - I will get a lot of use out of this!

This was a gift for my teen daughter (who also does ceramics). She is absolutely in love with it - the contours and glazing resonate with her creative self. I have seen her use nothing else for her evening hot beverage since she opened it! (Sorry, no photos. Apparently that is an ask too much!)

I ordered 2 mugs and they arrrived quickly. They’re both beautiful and nicely made. I gave one to a friend and kept one for myself. I haven’t used mine yet but I will soon! Looking forward to it!

I love my Nova ceramic! I love how the ceramic keeps the original coffee and tea flavor. It also fits into the cup holder in my car, so I can carry it on the go. I already purchased my second cup.

Love the look and feel of this cup! It is smaller than I thought it would be I think I would have ordered the bigger size if I thought about more before ordering. The base is a little small and I do feel like I’m nervous it will tip over. Overall it’s a beautiful cup and it keeps my coffee hot. The silicone holder makes it possible to hold with hot coffee!!

Love it! Looks great. Fits my coffee maker when I want a single cup. You do need the sleeve ceramic cup gets very hot if your beverage is hot. Thanks to the artist that took the time to make it.

My wife absolutely loved her cup, but our dog knocked it out of her hand, and she dropped it - the cup shattered. She was only able to use the cup for two days.

I bought this for my mother who has rheumatoid arthritis. Cups that are heavy and have a large diameter are very difficult for her to hold. This one is perfect. Holds a good amount but isn’t heavy. It’s also easy to hold! I love the thin lip on the cup too. I love it! I had to order several more!

the cup is so beautiful and i love how they are one of a kind, I got one to use at work and one to use at home. I love to have hot tea so the cover keeps it warmer for longer when I'm busy with appointments.

Shipping was fast and it was backed really well so it arrived in unbroken. The stain on my cup is mostly a beautiful robins egg blue with that dripping effect. Usually, I like cups with handles but it feels good in your hand and the sip top and wide ring are a plus. Rosemarie F.

I’ve been looking for a non-plastic/non-metal travel mug/cup. I have coffee or tea every morning, whether heading to work, the dog park or running errands. I hate using disposable cups regardless if they are biodegradable. It’s important to me to take steps to reduce, reuse and recycle, for the health of our plant. Also, for my personal health, to avoid ingesting microplastics. Not only is the quality of this product great, the look is super cute and luxurious.

One thing I miss in the US (compared to Europe and the Middle East) is getting my hot drinks served to me in ceramic or pottery or china cups. I hate the paper and styrofoam cups everyone uses here! Now I love taking my own ceramic cup to the cafe - feels very bougie!

I love the richness of color and the glaze on this cup inside and out. It fits in my cup holder in my car and is nicely balanced Just setting on the table or end table. I love the safety sleeve and I love the top easy on easy off and no spilling. Well this is a beautiful mug.

This is probably the best ceramic mug I’ve ever owned. The design is GORGEOUS and makes me happy just to look at it. Plus the silicone top and sleeve work perfectly and let me take it on the go. The top stays on well and doesn’t leak. Best purchase of the year!

I love the cup and the way my coffee and tea taste. I wish the sleeve that is included conducted the heat better because it’s still to hot to handle the cup. It doesn’t really provide any heat protection just grip protection.

We love both of our ceramic mugs! Unfortunately, we dropped one and it broke a week after we got it, but that is clumsy hands, not a reflection of the quality!
