I am totally blown away by this cup. It is absolutely gorgeous. Colors are vibrant and even better than pictured online. I love the silicone sleeve and the silicone cover. The cover stays on great and the sleeve works very well. I have already ordered more!!!

I received my first coffee mug in pieces. When I contacted the company, I got an immediate response. Within one week I received my new coffee mug all in one piece. I absolutely love it!

Beautiful mug! This mug is the perfect size and so pretty! I love the colors and shiny finish. The silicone sleeve coming with the cup is perfect because they do get nice and hot. So easy to wash and use at home and take to work.

I haven't used it yet, but I love the look and feel of it. I think my favorite part is the sleeve lol. I use a sleeve even when I get iced drinks so having one with my cup all the time is great.

You double shipped and changed the address I put to ship to!!! It cost $25.00 to pick up at post office!! I got a pkg if 3 and one of 2!!!! Went to Naples instead of Kennebunkport

The cup is beautiful. The images do not portray how amazing it looks in the wild. Smooth with no rough edges like others I tried. Keeps your coffee piping hot. The sleeves and the lid are a must have. Will be adding more to my coffee bar soon

Pretty and functional! Got it for a friend. Love that it can be put in the dishwasher. Package is giftable, easy to wrap. Shipping was amazingly fast, ordered on a Monday, received Wednesday of the same week.

Love the cup. Keeps coffee hot but if you run hot water in it before making your coffee it keeps it hot longer and you will need to use the cup jacket.

Very well made. The size is perfect for on the go. My only complaint is I did not know that the sleeve and the lid came with it and I ordered and paid for another set, had I known it came with it I would not have paid an extra $10 for them. I wish they would make that crystal clear in their description.

The 2 cups I ordered are beautiful and my daughters love using them. It took about 6 weeks to arrive and that was too long. One of the most frustrating parts was that there was no update or response from customer service until the day they were shipped. Then emails were answered.

Absolutely love my Nova cup. I use it for hot tea and iced coffee. I might be wrong but I think it actually tastes better in my Nova. :) If you're questioning which size, I suggest getting the larger one. Glad I did.

Wonderful cup, I ordered 2. Both arrived perfectly packaged and super fast shipping. Holds 12oz coffee from my coffee pod machine, and enough room for sugar and creamer. Keeps the coffee hot for a good while. Lid fits well and I have not had any spills. Excellent product.

It took over a month for the mug to arrive and we had a hard time getting customer service to respond, but the mug is beautiful and my daughter loves it.

I do love my new ceramic mug. It’s beautiful!!! It’s very comfortable to hold and there’s nothing like a ceramic vs. metal mug to hold while traveling or even around the house. I have one request, that you make a bigger one. I would love one that is slightly bigger than the 16 oz. An 18-20 oz. mug would be perfect for my life. Taller but not really bigger around, if that is at all possible. Would love to be notified is you do start to make larger mugs. Thanks, Lisa

The PERFECT to-go mug in my favorite size! I make a latte in the morning so I don’t need a cup that holds a ton. I love the 12oz size for this reason!

It was a little smaller than i expected but it turns out to be enough for a regular sized mug of coffee. I may order the larger size. Otherwise its perfect! Beautiful colors and finish and the lid doesnt dribble liquid out when i drink!

Love the cups but paid 23.99 in November and 27.99 in January for the same cup! That’s annoying and it also feels like they’re pushing the limit charging that much for coffee mug.

Very happy with my purchase. It was for my sister as a gift and she loves it. She tops it up with hot water before using so its already toasty warm for her cup of coffee

This cup is stunning and perfect. I love the lid and the band too. From day one I have gotten so many compliments from baristas and other patrons. It’s definitely a great purchase and a great gift!

Love this cup!! I use it at work and home. The silicone band feels like a warm hug on my hands. I wish it could keep coffee hot a little longer, but I just stick it in the microwave. Not a big issue. Thanks!

The cups are perfect for our coffees and iced drinks because they fit in the car cup holder and have lids that don't smell and are easy to wash. We use them at the office, home and car now. We purchased 4 for the office and I think I'll order more!!!!

It looks exactly like pictured, and I am glad to have a ceramic mug for taking my coffee on the go! I have a feeling I will add to this at some point, I am very happy with it.

Beautiful cup! Use it for tea and like that there is no plastic or stainless steel taste since it is ceramic. Only wish there was a lid that sealed fully for travel into work.

I’m so glad I found out about this company! I’d specifically been trying to find a microwave safe coffee cup to make on the go coffee in for two when I ran across this cup in my local fabric and quilting store. Stitched didn’t have the number I needed, but they helped me w/ finding the online company. I absolutely love my new coffee and definitely will be buying more.
