刚开始第一天喝有一点接受不到。味道不是很喜欢。慢慢喝了就喜欢这个味道了。早上泡好拿去公司喝。两三点喝温度刚刚好不会太烫。今天是第6天了。这个保温壶也很棒，超保热很喜欢。可以多买几个。

Giving this to my children 3x a week. Not sure if it really works, or due to long term lockdown people don't see them often, relatives commented they have grown a lot. I'm faithfully buying this because it is just so convenient. Also not oily at all. Tastes good too.

I take continuously for 3 days after period and didn’t feel heaty at all. I don’t really like Chinese herbs but for this the overall taste is good. It’s so convenient as just need hot water and tumbler. 🙂

Love it that it is super convenient, no cooking involved. Just add hot water and you get to drink a bowl of hot soup after 2hr. Haven’t really see the benefits yet but taste is mildly pleasant overall. My fave so far is the 好享睡. My boy had also been taking the 增高宝 which he finds the taste acceptable.

Great pack to test the flavors. I prefer boiling it over the stove so that I can adjust the intensity of the flavor. For example, EyeDoCare is mild in flavor so I prefer to boil it longer (around 30 mins) whereas Go Beauty has a strong natural sweet taste that I don't prefer so boiling it over the stove for 15-20 mins is good enough for me. It's so quick and easy to boil! I've gone ahead and purchased the larger packs and hope to see positive results with consistent consumption.

The trial pack lets you try out 5 types of soups. My favourite is Bazhenjie & Go Beauty. Taste is really good and convenient to carry along during your travels. Only set back is the sachet can only use on 250ml of water, which is too little soup for me, maybe I have to put double of triple sachets each time.
