I bought the growth soup for my child and the eye soup for myself. These clear broths taste surprisingly delicious, better than what I would be boiling at home, and are unbelievably easy to prepare. The trial pack lets you try out 5 types of soups. My favourite is Bazhenjie & Go Beauty. Taste is really good and convenient to carry along during your travels. Only set back is the sachet can only use on 250ml of water, which is too little soup for me, maybe I have to put double of triple sachets each time.

Great pack to test the flavors. I prefer boiling it over the stove so that I can adjust the intensity of the flavor. For example, EyeDoCare is mild in flavor so I prefer to boil it longer (around 30 mins) whereas Go Beauty has a strong natural sweet taste that I don't prefer so boiling it over the stove for 15-20 mins is good enough for me. It's so quick and easy to boil! I've gone ahead and purchased the larger packs and hope to see positive results with consistent consumption.
