Love this taste the best!!! I've been always cold since young. For the past 2 decades, I'm always wearing long sleeves daily. After drinking these variety of soup daily, my body improves greatly!! Im not too sure about anything else, but I'm starting to feel hot these days, and I'm finally wearing sleeveless for the longest time ever!! Even my colleagues saw the change in me and they were amazed! 1 actually started drinking now too! Thank you for these great products!!

The easiest way to replenish my red blood & keep my energy level during menstruation I took it 3 days before menses & 10 days after menses. I put in a thermos soak it with 2 hours after adding 300 ml boiling water. Easy and no excuse of lazy to boil the ba zhen. It took me this long to write a review (after consuming 4 out of the 5 bundle pack) because I wanted to make sure it worked. And it really did. The taste took some getting used to, but once I was past that, I really enjoyed it. I would usually leave it in my thermos in the morning, and then drink it towards evening. The longer I leave it for more flavor, the better! Otherwise, if I’m hungry, I’ll just add it to my favorite mee sua and have it for dinner. I don’t exactly think the Get Slim achie...

I bought the soups for my kids to grow tall and for their sensitive nose. It does have a positive outcome esp for their sensitive nose. My son used to have very sensitive nose, but ever since I started him on this soup, it helps him a lot. He doesnt get stuffy nose in dusty area or cold room/weather. This 7 day soup got real ingredients which one can eat, gd to pour into a bowl to drink 😋 I personally prepare it before I go to sleep and drink first thing in the morning. There after I would still continue add hot water for 2-3 times, though diluted but I’m ok with it. So I can drink the whole day actually, one day one packet 😅 my fave are 何首烏 and Aligo, one for hair, one for vitality 😜
