I have 2 of these now. My boy has such sensitive eyes, I originally got the blue mirrored lensed one. Now with the interchangeable lenses, I have the orange mirrored for overcast days and will invest in another blue set at some point. Definitely worth investing in his comfort and his confidence! Took him no time at all to realize how they helped him. He doesn’t try to rub them off! I think he loves them as much as I do, and he looks pretty darned handsome in them too!

I bought the recovery vizor for a horse that got kicked in the face and has a severe eye socket fracture. Our vet told us he would need eye protection for an extended period of time . It fits great and he enjoys wearing it. Of note I measured incorrectly and placed an order for one that would have been to small. My horse, Sugar, LOVES both her visor and her fly mask. The visor easily fits over her bridle and she is so much more comfortable riding on a sunny day. Sugar is very sensitive to light. Before these products, she was squinting a lot. My vet told me about both the visor and fly mask and, since using them, I have a different horse. She used to look for any bit of shade she could find and now, with her fly mask on, she stands out in the arena in full sun. I highly recommend both of these products.

Jack the mule has a a scratch in his eye and this mask is definitely helping the healing process speed up vs. other options. The staff was very helpful with me in regards to sizing for his BIG HEAD! I love that the mask also came with a fly protecting overlay mask. Between his eyes, the flies and his pink skin which requires UV protection, this mask is the trifecta!!

Libby, my 24 year old horse wears her mask 365 days a year as she is prone to eye ulcers. This is the only mask that has kept her from rubbing. I have to replace it about every 4 months as she wears it 24 hrs per day. It even holds up in below zero weather.

Pink skin, blue eyes, Shetland pony with Cushings. The last thing this little cutie needs is eye problems. The sun and snow are no longer a problem. The visor fits perfectly. He is 14 hh with 10.5 inches from outside corner of eye to outside corner of eye. The Velcro is wide and sturdy. The visor is simple to wash in washer or a quick rinse in the sink. I’m happy with this purchase and believe you will be too.

My ERU Appaloosa needed UV protection in the pasture from a mask that his buddy could not pull off. This was it! This mask later traveled with us to his enucleation appointment as well and was perfect for providing protection while keeping the mesh off of him post-surgery. I now own two so that I can clean and dry one and he can still have protection with the other.

My beloved senior kitty has recurrent corneal ulcers and I'm so grateful to have found this product! She tolerates it much better than a cone and I appreciate the eye protection it provides. It fits very well and doesn't encumber her movement at all. I do need to release the neck strap to apply eye drops but that's quick and easy to do.

I love these! This is literally the ONLY mask my old man will wear willingly. He is on pasture board so he wears his 24/7. He goes through 2 or so a year and since they’re affordable I don’t mind replacing them as needed. He’s a 28 year old POA with one eye, he lost the other to uveitis. His good eye has had one flare, but this mask keeps them at bay. He loves it. I think he knows it helps because he’ll come over and put his head in it to put it on. I’m so thankful for this mask.

My gelding has an immature cataract in his right eye. Thanks to the eVysor, I can hopefully slow the progression down knowing he is UV protected with the goggles. They stay put while we do flatwork during the week and my horse has no issues running in them at a barrel race. These were a game changer for my horse and I!

Bart seems to like wearing these and he is a lot calmer with them on. He has a granulation over his left pupil and I needed the sunnies to stop this pupil dilating as when it is bright light he cannot see out of his left eye. He couldnt see through the mesh hood that I tried and that wasnt the effect I was after. He doesn't try to get these off and so far so good he has stopped stressing. I recommend these they fit well and don't seem to bother him at all.

This visor is great. The fit is good, though I did trim a bit off the nose, as directions indicate you can. Rose tolerates it very well. She tried to rub it off a few times, but that is too be expected. I would highly recommend this product... Well thought out regarding structure and fit, and does exactly what I need it to do following Rose's cataract surgery.

What a wonderful product. Our 14 year old pup wears both the OptiVizor and NovaGuard Recovery Collar as he heals from a corneal ulcer treated with thermokeratoplasty. Previously we used the same eye protection while he healed from a diamond burr procedure. Both the OptiVizor and NovaGuard Recovery Collar allow him to eat, sleep, and play normally. The OptiVizor is also wonderful when we go on walks - he can keep his nose to the ground yet his eyes are protected from branches and shrubs.

As you can by the photo, my mare loves to roll with her muddies and mud wallow. She rubs her face and eyes in the mud and injured her pretty badly for awhile. This masks stays on quite well and protects her peepers. I have to " wash her windshield" twice a day (wipe with a damp cloth & dry) but it's worth it to avoid that terrible injury again as well as giving her uv eye protection. . Give this product a try! Their Goggle's for horses for riding are quite cool, too! 👍

The fit was perfect! We think our dog was much happier this visor than he would have been with a cone. We would however recommend the excess Velcro or plastic adjustments be better to tuck away. Our dog was able to chew on it work with our other dog to undo bc it just hangs out.

A scratch led to a fungal infection that resulted in eye removal. We needed something Banjo couldn't easily get off that would protect the socket while healing and he couldn't rub. Love this recovery visor. My wonderful gelding is recovering from squamous cell carcinoma removal from his right eyelid. The minute I put the visor on you could see him relax and went back to his breakfast. I know the break from the sun and flies gives him great relief. I did put the fly jacket on after this picture. I will be purchasing more UV protection products for my boy so we can prevent him from developing anymore cancer on that delicate right eye.

This is such a godsend. Toby suffered an imfected corneal ulcer and was wearing an Elizabethan collar. He was having so much trouble drinking and really couldn't eat in the e-collar. Since Toby also suffers from IBD and was eating mostly an night, I was having to wake up to take the collar off so.he could eat. Now I am getting sleep and Toby can eat on his own.

We recently treated my Mustang, Sam Elliott for a Corneal Ulcer. He was hospitalized for 3 weeks with a Sub Palpebral Lavage Line followed by 3 more weeks treatment at home.
