Nice fabric to work with, although it does fray a bit and scatter tiny bits around. These are the Itch to Stitch Upland Trousers which is my first pattern from this company and the fit is perfect for me with no alterations.

This fabric was perfect for a shacket. It’s quite thick so I did have to really take my time with the plackets as my machine started to struggle with the layers. I was worried when it arrived that it would be itchy around the neck but I’ve worn this quite a few times already and it’s not at all. Really pleased with it.

The fabric contains wool, but still withstood a 30* wash. I am really please that 1 metre made dress, waistcoat and bag, all for £5.50 (plus zip and lining). What a bargain for granddaughter, Grace!

I expected this to be difficult to see, however it was really lovely to work with. Nice amount of stretch and no shedding. Drapes beautifully. Have made roll neck top and combined it with some foil fabric (also from pound fabric) to make a glamorous infinity scarf.

I liked this fabric so much that I've bought extra to make myself a dress. This was a kid's dress for a friend. It is very stretchy, thin but not see through, very comfortable and soft. It's slightly slippery to work with but fine with fabric clips. (The other fabric on the dress is from a different shop.)

Good quality ribbing. However, I wouldn’t describe the colour as ‘light navy’, it didn’t match the ‘Minions’ jersey, which is a mid navy colour. I would say this ribbing is more of a peacock blue.

Used the blue fabric for this dress/pinafore from the four colours I bought and also a pencil skirt all from 2 metres so costing only £8.50p which I think is brilliant value. The fabric washes and irons like a dream and now need to decide what to make with the pink and grey! Service from PF is brilliant as usual.

This is a high quality jersey fabric. This is a present hence nobody is wearing it. I would recommend the use of fabric weights when cutting this fabric as it tends to curl but other than that it is very stable. The Batman badge is an appliqué that I embroidered on some scrap cotton. I did try embroidering it directly and for this amount of fill the fabric distorted but for less heavy designs the fabric would have taken it.

I bought this fabric to make my aunt a sweatshirt. It's lovely to work with, not having to finish edges is always a bonus. The weight and feel are just right for either a top or joggers. I finished the collar and cuffs using ribbing I had left over from a previous make, I always think it has a more professional look. Just hope my aunt likes it.

I made new look 6689 with this fabric. It is a really lovely fabric to work with, it cut out and sewed up beautifully. I had no problems with the fabric stretching whilst sewing and it washed lovely with no shrinking. It is such a soft cuddly fabric it's so nice to wear. I think I will have to buy some more.

Made a cute little autumnal co-ord set. Would love to see this fabric in a few more colours in stock, as a great way to make some knitwear for non-knitters like myself. Comfortable and easy to wear, nice and warm and actually not that challenging to work with, so long as you sew promptly after cutting.

Lovely material, thought it was a bit thin when it arrived but did a quick wash and tumble dried and it came out lovely and fluffy. Hardly any shrinkage considering its cotton. Easy to cut and sew, made a lovely dressing gown to my own design, used cuffing I'd bought from PF too!
