This is such a lovely strong fabric, perfect for bags and jacket shirts, I used this to compliment with my hubbys old chinos which he says shrunk 😉 so I used them for a bag instead, one size fits all, great value and quality as always

This fabric is beautiful, washed well with a minimum of ironing and was easy to cut out and sew. I have very sensitive skin which irritates easily, particularly at night, and I made these tee shirts to wear as pyjama tops using no overlocking but french seams, bound necks and folded over hems. They are perfect for me but are very unforgiving of any lumps and bumps so I will not be wearing them during the day!

This boucle fleece is a lovely rich beige colour, like the cream on a delicious coffee. I will be making little heirloom bears with it, I imagine it will be a dream to sew. The quality, as always, with pound fabrics is top notch.

This fleece is perfect for the 'Feerie Telle' dragon scarf, as it's dense and soft enough without being too thick to work into the many fiddly elements of the dragon. Bright red for the head and spines, went well with the dark red and orange.

This is some superb quality fleece at an unbelievable price! Perfect to make a striped belly for my red dragon. Used the 'wrong' way round so the stripes cross the belly, which worked well, as there's not too much stretch.

This is great for gaining confidence with pattern matching on knit fabric! It has a lovely texture on the outside with a smooth "wrong" side. It was easy to wash, dried quickly and didn't need ironing. Good value for money.

Love this fabric. I make kaftans for the summertime using McCall’s 4002. The fabric is easy to sew, hangs well & washes & dries quickly with no ironing. Would make lovely ‘cover-ups’ for the beach. Great price too. Highly recommended.

Lovely fabric with excellent drape. Easy to cut and sew. Arrived on time and was properly packed, in polythene, to keep it dry. I made some Sew Liberated Chantrelle Pants, to which it lent itself perfectly, and are wonderfully comfortable to wear, as either day or evening wear, on my present holiday in Tenerife. Thank you Pound Fabrics, for always being reliable.

Gorgeous fabric, light, easy to sew with and goes beautifully with other tana lawn. I needed a little fabric basket by the machine, I used medium weight iron on fleece interfacing, and it's turned out perfectly. Love that I can see this gorgeous print every time I sew. My wall is painted in Dulux Wild Wonder, mixed with white to get a much lighter tone, this fabric goes very well with it. Next item will be a pillow case for the bed, it's just so fresh and soft. Hope to use it in EPP too.

Very nice stretch to it but I’ve found a click in it and I’ll have to be careful when I decide what to make when I cut into it as it will certainly become a hole if not careful but otherwise it’s nice colour and I’ll be making leisure or sports wear with it.

This fabric was easy to stitch with a strong denim needle and good quality polyester thread. When adding the fleece lining it became more difficult to stitch. I had to push the fabric under the needle and at the same time pull from the front. The stitches became very small. So it may be easier if you line the waterproof material with brushed cotton, not fleece.

Our village Christmas Tree festival had a theme of "Pantomime". Representing the local toddler group, we chose to celebrate the pantomime Mother Goose which includes a range of nursery rhymes, so this fabric was ideal. I used the fabric to make Christmas tree decorations by cutting out the pictures, sewing on a piece of backing flannel, filling the pouches made with polyester wadding and adding a ribbon to hang them. I made this very festive fabric into a Christmas dress using a Waves and Wild Pattern. I wore the dress to my Christmas choir concert and have never had so many comments on an outfit. I think the gold just finished it off so beautifully and made it so eye catching. It was really easy to sew using the overlocker but I had had to add some stabilising tape to stop the hem rolling upwards though this was due to the curve of the hem rather than the fabric.
