This fabric is good quality and is lovely to work with. Delivery was very quick and we were kept informed. I have made ceiling blinds for our conservatory. The picture shows the first two up. Just need to attach the grommets to the second two to complete the roof. Very happy with the shade these give.

Lovely soft fabric. I added a muslin underskirt as I felt it was a l little see through in the sunlight. Only slight negative it was prone to fraying, but I mastered the over locker which solved the issue. Very pleased.

It’s the first time I have sewed bamboo fabric so it was a little tricky it’s very stretchy, but if you sew slowly you get there in the end. Make sure you use either a stretch needle or ballpoint. My first purchase was a lovely teal colour which I made into a t-shirt. Liked it so much I have now got navy. Thanks PF fast delivery.

Lovely fabric, ideal for the kilo wrap dress, i thought ot would be a bit see through but surprisingly its not too bad. It drapes well and is very stretchy. It did curl a lot at the edges, like lots of stretchy fabrics do. I did have to baste a lot of places to stop it from curling up on the edges of the fabric. My overlocker liked the fabric. Don't hesitate to buy, it's lovely.

I really liked working with this material. I really wanted to try and make some trousers with a fly zip as all previous makes are elasticated waist. They have turned out very well. I have enough left for another item of clothing, but what yet has to be decided. It is still as a bargain price.

Lovely jacquard fabric I found easy to manage with a beautiful two-tone effect. I made my dear dad a reversible size-inclusive waistcoat with it, with matching fabric covered buttons. I used 2 metres of jacquard fabric with some left over. The reverse is an upcycled red cotton tablecloth. Originally got this for a different project but ended up making a lovely toddler T-shirt with a vintage pattern. Great quality. Did bleed a little in the wash but nothing to drastic and the fabric itself didn’t loose its brightness.

I made this quilt from a Pound Fabrics fat quarter bundle (Tropical?). I used a Rose and Hubble fabric to frame the quilt and also for some of the patches. I used the dark navy cotton fabric to ‘contrast frame’ and bind the quilt. On the reverse I used Pound Fabrics brushed cotton on white. Please with the result.

I've included my fat fingers in the photos to give you an idea of the size of the ribs! This fabric is ideal for tops (please remember that I am a man that thinks like a man! When I review fabrics, I'm thinking of items I can make for myself) and the varigation of the colour gives the fabric a little something extra rather than being a flat grey. It does have slight 2 way stretch which is always a good thing.

I'm clearly not a photographer and the photo does not do this fabric justice. It is a lovely fabric with good (2 way) stretch and recovery. It is slightly sheer, very soft and would be perfect for making tops. Excellent price once again! Thanks you PF.

This fabric is quite thick and tough but excellent for a pair of trousers. Hard to hand sew (I did hems by hand) as the weave is so tight. There is a very decent stretch on the diagonal. I have enough left to try making a pair of jeans. Bargain price too.

This is the paper pattern for this Retro dress that the long zip will fit. The Muslin is going to be used to make the dress first, to ensure exact fit as Retro styles are exacting styles and I don't want to spoil the dress fabric I've already selected and have. As I notice Paper Patterns often need adjusting to fit between sizes, the Muslin is intended to make a dress pattern that can be tried first, before cutting the actual dress fabric. Its great fabric though and I shall be using it to line other clothes I'm making. Great price and value.

Great to work with, but does fray a bit, so needed the overlocker. Lovely crisp looking finish for a ten year olds art overall. Won’t look like that for long, but it will wash easily. Thank you pound fabrics, this was only £1 a metre!

I had this floral crepe in yellow and I loved it so much I then purchased the pink and the black. I tried a new pattern out with the pink and I’m pleased with the result. This fabric washes and irons so easy and is a dream to sew. I’ve worn the dress today for the first time and it is lovely to wear, it’s comfortable, light and airy, doesn’t make me hot and it’s virtually crease free.
